Work at RALLY

Check this page at a later date for information on how to apply for volunteer and paid roles at RALLY 2025.

Charity & Community Partners

RALLY works with BOSCO Youth Centre providing vocational opportunities and artistic workshops. In 2024, we sponsored a TATE Collective X BOSCO installation which included 5 workshops with the young people. We also host BOSCOFFEE, their internship program at the event where they generate revenue and deliver vocational experience at large event. RALLY also fundraises for Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers - £5,354 since RALLY’s first edition in 2023.

Waste Management

A dedicated waste management team will be brought in to manage the onsite and offsite litter created by the event. Their main responsibility will be litter collection in the areas surrounding the park, including roads and pavements. We will also provide external toilet facilities for festival goers in suitable locations on key access and egress routes.

A separate internal team is in place to keep the festival site clean during the festival and after the event. There will be no loading or unloading of onsite skips between 20:00 – 08:00 to minimise disruption to local residents.

If you see a build-up of litter due to the event, please feel free to contact us on the community hotline number that will be provided. We will action this as soon as possible.

Noise Management

A reputable noise monitoring team will be present during the live event days and who will also produce a noise management plan for us. They will work closely with the local authority to agree this plan.

The community hotline number will be available for residents to call during the build, live and break of the event, where calls regarding noise can be responded to by RALLY and the noise consultants.
