We can’t control people’s actions. We can, however, continually change our response to them. GALA and Don’t Be A Creep launched a wellbeing strategy ‘Mutual Future’ in 2022 with a newly established Welfare Services and Response Team. This strategy is how we substantiate a zero tolerance policy to harassment, assault and abuse of any kind.

RALLY and Don’t Be A Creep are dedicated to creating a safe, harassment-free space for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, spiritual belief or religion (or lack thereof).

Together we choose a festival based on respect, inclusivity and escapism to take the experience to the next level. A space where we show kindness, patience and compassion, and remember that we all share a mutual future.
