About Assembled Live:


Assembled Live is one of London’s leading festival operators delivering both GALA and RALLY festivals in addition to external programming across our sites in Peckham and Southwark.

Freelance Production Manager


The Production Manager is responsible for managing production on Assembled Live’s festivals, primarily consisting of two flagship event series a year.


This role contributes to all aspects of production, including managing client and supplier relationships, internal and freelance staffing, site crew management, and the technical and creative production design of our shows.


The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Production and work alongside another Production Manager.



Requirements:


– Minimum 5 years experience as a festival Production Manager, including on-site delivery
– Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including site crew and festival staff
– Experience procuring a wide-range of suppliers relevant to festival delivery
– A high level of commitment, resilience, and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced festival environment
– Experience producing and amending site plans using AutoCAD
– Ideally London-based, with a full UK driving license



Work Hours & Commitment:


The successful candidate will be required to join on an ad hoc basis as soon as possible before Christmas, for onboarding and some time-sensitive tasks.


From January, the role will transition to part-time, with attendance required at meetings in our Shoreditch office as needed, and will increase to full-time closer to the festivals.


You must be available to work on-site throughout the full build and break period of our 2026 events:


– Peckham Events: Monday 11th May– Saturday 6th June 2026
– Southwark Events: Wednesday 19th August – Saturday 5th September 2026
