We’re hiring: TikTok Social Media Manager (Freelance)

We’re looking for a TikTok creative and specialist who lives and breathes the platform to help grow our festivals’ presence.

What we’re after:

– A deep understanding of TikTok – trends, editing, what works and what doesn’t
– Proven experience growing an account (your own or a brand’s)
– Confidence running TikTok ads and using budget to drive results
– Knows how to identify influencers and content creators to create impactful content
– Strong knowledge of electronic music, live events, nightlife, and the culture around it
– A creative, proactive individual who is excited to experiment with new ideas

What you’ll do:

– Build and grow the GALA and RALLY TikTok presence
– Create, post, and optimise content
– Use paid spend strategically to boost key moments
– Work with our marketing team on campaign ideas and content strategy

The successful candidate will work with us on a freelance basis to strategise and execute our TikTok strategy for both GALA and RALLY festivals.
