For several years Pender Street Steppers have been at the centre of Vancouver’s bustlin’ Pender Street music scene. You could say that PSS are known for making music and playing parties, both local and global, in their own particular 'way'. PSS are co-founders of Mood Hut, the imprint (and lifestyle) behind some absolutely wonderful records by Freak Heat Waves, Cousin, RAMZi and of course Pender Street Steppers.

Not afraid to take you “there”, dancers can expect to hear anything from deep-dance to freak-disco, jazz-funk to beat-street loonie bin house and as well as exclusive and unreleased material from the 'soft watercity' and beyond.
