Malibu is a French electronic musician whose sound drifts between ambient, ethereal, and emotionally immersive realms. Defined by soft, reverbed vocals and sweeping melodic progressions, her music evokes a sea of synthetic strings, choirs, and cinematic textures.

Her debut EP One Life (2019), released via Joyful Noise Recordings and UNO NYC, was met with critical acclaim and featured on year-end lists by Pitchfork, FACT, Discogs, and Gorilla vs Bear. Pitchfork praised it as “almost overwhelmingly gorgeous,” while FACT called the title track “magical and mysterious… for the crybabies.”

Malibu also explores ambient music’s emotional core through her monthly radio show United in Flames, curating reflective sonic journeys with a rotating cast of guests.
