CASISDEAD

CASISDEAD exists in a shadowy world, reflected in his music’s dystopian, sci-fi vibe. His debut album Famous Last Words is a cinematic journey through a labyrinth of crime, vice, and faded glamour, narrated by CAS himself as a figure entrenched in an underground network of gangsters, drug deals, and complex emotions. Rather than boastful bravado, the album explores themes of loss, regret, and suspicion.

The record features a unique blend of collaborators including Neil Tennant (Pet Shop Boys), Desire, and producers like Kyle Dixon (Stranger Things) and Johnny Jewel (Italians Do It Better). Narrative interludes by actors Ed Skrein and Emma Rigby enhance the widescreen, noir atmosphere. Standout tracks like “Actin’ Up” and “Skydive” dive deep into CAS’s psyche, reflecting on violence, survival, and past scars.

Set within the sprawling, corrupt DEADCORP universe—a dark, urban dystopia reminiscent of London or Blade Runner’s Los Angeles—Famous Last Words uses spoken word and layered storytelling to create a vivid, paranoid world. CASISDEAD’s ability to craft personas and immersive narratives sets him apart, making the album a haunting soundtrack to a world on the edge of collapse.
